Eco2Pure™Treatment Towers can be configured to suit all production volumes. Available with 10, 50, 100 and 200 kg Eco2Pure™ holding capacity, our systems are scalable to allow for increased and continous volume production, and reduced purifi cation times. Treatment towers are available loose, allowing biodiesel producers to arrange the towers in their preferred confi guration.
How do the Eco2Pure™ Treatment Towers work? As the unwashed biodiesel enters the Eco2Pure™ treatment tower, it passes through a fixed bed of Eco2Pure™ purifi cation media, ensuring the fuel is purifi ed in a single pass removing production residues, fuel contaminants and soaps. Flow rates need to be governed accordingly in order to ensure maximum removal of production residues and soap. With each Kilogram of Eco2Pure™ capable of purifying between 350-700 litres of biodiesel, he frequency of media replacement is kept to a minimum. The frequency of re-bedding (replacing the spent media) will depend on the level of impurities in your biodiesel, the amount of biodiesel treated and the size of the Treatment Tower. So a single 50kg Treatment Tower could only require re-bedding on average every 35000 litres. Loading is fast and simple and once Eco2PureTM is loaded, no other intervention is required. Once the Eco2Pure™ is bedded in the Treatment Tower, it automatically purifi es the biodiesel in a single passage of flow. All our products meet and exceed international standards. Purifi cation times can be shortened and production levels increased by adding extra towers to your purification line.
